All Maison Clairon jewelry is sold exclusively through its e-shop.

All orders are dispatched within 4 to 5 working days after validation and payment.

When your jewel is ready, we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s ready for shipment,

the tracking number is not given automatically, you can request it by e-mail.

Packages are sent from the Maison Clairon workshop.
via La Poste by recorded delivery or Chronopost.

Delivery time is estimated at 2 to 3 days, subject to the smooth operation of postal services.

Deliveries to French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM) and abroad are longer and more variable.

All jewelry orders are shipped within 4 to 5 working days after validation and payment.

If your order is urgent, call me and I’ll give it priority.

If the jewel is not to your liking, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product and request a refund without penalty, except for the cost of return.

Accessories must be accompanied by the invoice and must be in their original condition and packaging.

Accessories must not have been worn.
Maison Clairon will proceed with the reimbursement within 14 days from the day we have been informed of your decision to retract.
However, shipping costs will not be reimbursed and will remain the responsibility of the customer.
