All materials are chosen from quality suppliers specializing in jewelry in France and Europe (Germany, Italy).
Jewelry plated with 24-carat 1 micron fine gold is made in Marseille and Lyon, France, while other gilding is done in Italy and Germany.

When your jewel is ready, we send you an email informing you that it has been dispatched and giving you the tracking number.
Parcels are sent from our workshop via La Poste by Collissimo suivi or lettre Max suivie. Delivery is free for orders over €100.
Delivery time is estimated at 4 to 5 days, subject to the smooth operation of postal services.
Deliveries to French overseas departments and territories take longer and may vary.
If your order is urgent, call me and I’ll give it priority.

If the jewel is not to your liking, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product and request a refund without penalty, except for the cost of return.

Accessories must be accompanied by the invoice and must be in their original condition and packaging.

Accessories must not have been worn. Maison Clairon will proceed with the reimbursement within 14 days from the day we have been informed of your decision to retract. However, shipping costs will not be reimbursed and will remain the responsibility of the customer.

All our jewelry is made with care and delicacy in our workshop. We do not recommend the use of lotions or detergents for their care.

We also strongly advise you to remove your jewelry when wearing perfume, showering or swimming, as it is sensitive to shower gel, seawater and swimming pool chlorine.

The best way to preserve your jewelry is to store it in the box or pouch it comes in, or even wrap it in tissue paper when you’re not wearing it.
